1. Promoter

This prize draw is promoted by Deal of the Week.co.uk ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
• The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
• By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Competition Period

• The prize draw opens at 1.00pm on Wednesday 5 August 2026.
• Entries close at 8.00pm on Wednesday 12 August 2026.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

• Like the competition post.
• Comment on the post as instructed.
• Follow the Deal of the Week Facebook page.

Sharing the post or tagging friends is welcome but entirely optional and will not increase the chances of winning.

Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated.

5. Prize

The winner will receive:

1 (one) Elbow Grease Magic Eraser 2 Pack

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.

The draw will take place within 3 days of the competition closing date.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via Facebook Messenger or by replying to their winning comment within 3 days of the draw.

The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If no response is received within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

The Promoter will never ask the winner for bank details or payment to claim a prize.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be posted free of charge to a UK address agreed with the winner.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, delayed or damaged after dispatch by a third-party delivery service.

9. Publicity

The winner may be asked if they are happy for their first name and town/city to be announced on the Promoter's Facebook page. If a winner objects to this, they should notify the Promoter when claiming their prize.

10. Personal Data

Any personal information collected will only be used for administering the prize draw and arranging delivery of the prize, in accordance with UK data protection legislation and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary;
• cancel, suspend or withdraw the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable;
• disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, offensive or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter's decision is final in all matters relating to the prize draw.

12. Facebook Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
